I work as a CTO of a small software firm that is now a subsidiary of a giant conglomerate.  We have roughly 40 software engineers.  I came up thru the ranks coding on many of our applications, moving from C to java in the last 7 years.  Much of my work focuses on keeping the developers moving, in the right direction - product feature wise and technology wise.

On a personal level, I enjoy sailing and recently guitar.
